Orders are shipped with the following courier companies:

Shipping fees:
- ELTA Courier: €2.99
- ACS: €2.99

- Easy Mail: €2.99
- Box Now: €1.99
- Skroutz: €2.50
Delivery Time
All orders are processed on the next business day (excluding public holidays and weekends). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
- Thessaloniki, Attica and mainland Greece (excluding islands and remote areas): delivery in 2–4 business days.
- Islands: delivery in 2–3 business days.
- Remote areas: delivery in 2–5 business days.
Deliveries take place between 09:00 and 19:00.
Cyprus
Box Now Express (Locker)
Box Now Express shipping to Cyprus.
Shipping cost is €7.90.
Pick up with Box Now within 1–2 business days from dispatch, at an automatic pickup machine (locker).
- Pickup is available 24/7.
- A PIN will be sent to your mobile phone to open the Box Now locker compartment.
- Your order remains in the locker for 72 hours.
UPS / FedEx
Shipping cost with UPS or FedEx is €19.90 for Cyprus.
If the final charge differs after volumetric measurement, the customer will be informed by email of the final shipping cost.
Delivery time (provided everything runs smoothly) is 2–5 business days, depending on your area.

International
International shipping cost is €19.90. Shipping is carried out with UPS or FedEx.
If the final charge differs after volumetric measurement, the customer will be informed by email of the final shipping cost.
Tip
If you work and there is no one available to receive your parcel at home, we recommend using your work address as the shipping address, as deliveries take place between 09:00 and 19:00 (hours when you may be away). To help ensure smooth delivery, please include your mobile phone number in your contact details.
