RETURNS POLICY

You can get in touch with us regarding product returns at returns@fashionroom.gr, informing us of your intention to return purchased goods.

Returns within Greece are free. You can return purchased goods within 14 days since the day of receiving your order.   If you live outside of abroad any return costs are handled by you. In case you purchase a product on sale we cannot refund you the money, you can only replace the purchased goods with a different product(s).

Please insert the receipt in the returned package with a note regarding the change you need, for example, a different size, color or a new product altogether. Once we receive your goods we will check them and ship the new goods of your choice. In case the new product’s cost exceeds your initial order’s price you’ll have to pay the additional cost along with 3€ as a pay-when-you-get-it fee.

Size changes, replacing with a different product  Returns for changes in sizes and replacements with different products, returns are free. For additional returns you are responsible for handling shipping costs. In case of a faulty product or a wrong size/print being shipped, we’ll replace it without any additional cost.   We make sure our products are checked prior to shipping for any faults to ensure you’re always pleased with your order. However, in the rare case you’ve received the wrong product or a faulty one we will replace it for free

Returns due to consumer’s own errors   In cases of consumers own mistake during the ordering process as in cases of not properly reading or understanding the product description or placing the wrong order, we do accept returns however the consumer is responsible for return costs.   Refunds   You can return your products through ΕΛΤΑcourier Door to Door . Along with your parcel and the receipts you should include a note stating you wish for a money refund. To make refunds easy and fast please make sure you also include:

  • Bank Account Number

  • IBAN

  • Bank Name

  • Bank Account Holder’s Full Name

Refunds take approximately 7 working days to complete. 

Please note that shipping costs and fees for paying with cash on delivery are not refunded. Refunds take place after we receive the returned goods or after the new products are send to you. We strongly recommend that you return your purchased goods through a courier company to avoid it being stolen, damaged or misplaced.   Refunds are only acceptable for purchases made in Greece and through ΕΛΤΑCourier Door to Door.   Please consider the following regarding returns and refunds.

We only accept returns of products that haven’t been worn and have their labels still attached. Returned goods that seem worn, folded inside out, make-up stains are visible and so on won’t be accepted. You should take any necessary measures so as to ensure the returned goods arrive at an exceptional condition.   Our FUJIFILM instax camera comes with a 2-year product guarantee.   Please do not throw away the parcel receipt note until we’ve received your returned goods.   Non-replaceable, returnable products   Earrings, lingerie, socks and tights as well as makeup products cannot be returned. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CYPRUS

For international & Cyprus return please contact us before. When we receive your package, we will REFUND at your credit card , the cost of the products you’ve returned.  In case you purchase a product on sale we cannot refund you the money . For your safety is good to keep your tracking number of your parcel
