Exchanges & Returns (within 14 days)
Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items that cannot be returned/exchanged
No exchanges/returns are accepted for items in the following categories: Earrings, Underwear, Beauty, Tights, Hair Extensions, Home Living, Labubu Alike.
All items must be returned new and unused, with protective stickers intact, in perfect condition, and with all tags/barcodes attached.
Items returned damaged or stained will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with return shipping charged to the customer.
Defective / Wrong items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement.
Please write on your order slip:
- “I would like a replacement due to a defect”, or
- “I would like a replacement with the correct item from my order”.
Exchange process
- First exchange/return fee: €3.00.
- Returns must be sent ONLY via ELTA Courier (Door-to-Door), charged to the recipient (us).
- Inside the parcel/order slip, write the product name(s) you want in exchange (items have names, not codes).
Example: SATIN GOLD LONG DRESS – FATALITY GOLD - For each exchange after the first, shipping costs are €5.00.
- If there is a price difference, you will only be charged the difference.
Right of Withdrawal / Refunds
- Returns must be made ONLY via ELTA Courier (Door-to-Door).
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and €5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the date we receive your return, after a quality check, and you will be notified by email.
- For payments made via PayPal or Viva Payments, the refund is processed back to the original payment method.
Note: Returns sent via standard post or any other courier will not be accepted. Promotional bundles cannot be exchanged and cannot be split.
Parcels not collected
For parcels returned with the status “Not collected / Not interested / Refused delivery”, the refund is processed to the original payment method (PayPal/Viva), minus €5.00 (shipping & return handling costs).
Exchanges from Cyprus & International
For Cyprus/international returns, please contact us before sending your parcel back. Once received, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned items. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend keeping your return tracking number.
