By visiting the website or using material from these websites, you accept the following terms. Please note that you must not use the website if you do not accept the terms below.

II.        WEBSITE’S/ E-SHOP’S SERVICES

 

A.  PROVISION OF INFORMATION

The information provided by this website is complete, true, valid, and up-to-date, whether it concerns our identity or the products/services provided by our e-shop. The guarantees above are subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to interruptions in the operation of this website or because of force majeure. Fashionroom, www.fashionroom.gr has received all the necessary technical as well as other means in order to update immediately the available quantity and sizes of our products. However, it expresses a reservation regarding the validity of the products’ quantities and sizes available in the e-shop, since they may be updated within one (1) hour from the moment they are modified.

B.  MEMBER REGISTRATION

Member registration at www.fashionroom.gr is necessary in order to make a purchase from our e-shop. Upon registration, we will have already registered your personal details, so you will not need to fill them in every time you place an order.

By entering your requested personal information (name and surname, address, postal code of current main residence, telephone, valid e-mail address, and acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions), you become a Member of www.fashionroom.gr and, in turn, we open your own Member Account. Registration and participation as a member are free, personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable.

You are responsible for the information you provide us and www.fashionroom.gr relies solely on your statements regarding your personal information. Our Company processes the personal information that you provide us upon registration as a Member exclusively for the purpose of (a) creating your Account at www.fashionroom.gr through which you can track the progress of your order, and the history of your transactions on www.fashionroom.gr etc., (b) our in-between communication regarding the transactions (e.g. to ensure the possibility of communication with you, for the completion, shipment, and delivery of your order, for the payment and our secure financial transaction), and (c) to send you to the information you provided us alongside with informative, advertising and promotional material regarding our Company's products and services, including its partnerships with third parties.

C. SUBSCRIPTION TO NEWSLETTER

Your registration to our Company's newsletter is done of your own accord and is not a mandatory procedure for making a purchase from our e-shop or for the provision of our other services, including a mere browsing on our Website.

Your registration to our Company's newsletter service is completed by entering your email address in the corresponding field on our page. By completing your registration, you give us your express consent for our Company to send you informational and promotional material about its products and services, as well as related advertising messages.

D. PURCHASING PROCESS FROM OUR E-SHOP

ORDER

The purchase process at www.fashionroom.gr is very simple.

After choosing the product you want, press "Add to cart" on the corresponding button that appears on the product. The product will automatically be transferred to your shopping cart where you can change the quantity, delete the product or continue shopping with other products.

After you have finished selecting the items, press the "Complete order" button in the shopping cart and follow the steps to complete the purchase by entering the shipping and payment information.

 

When the above process is completed you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order.

Shipping Methods

The parcel will be delivered to the details you have provided us with in 2 to 4 working days. Shipments are executed every day except Saturdays and holidays. Please write the landline and mobile number on the order form.

During periods of increased order volume such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and big sales, shipments will be served on a priority basis and as soon as possible. We ask for your understanding during these few periods. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Greece:

Shipments are done via ELTA COURIER (door-to-door).

Shipping is COMPLETELY FREE (by debit or credit card, or paypal and viva), whereas if you choose refund on delivery there is an extra charge of €4.90.

Cyprus:

The shipping costs are 13 euros.

The delivery time of your order, if everything works smoothly, is 2-5 working days, depending on the area you are in.

Abroad:

The shipping costs are 13 euros abroad.

Customers, who in their record have shipments that they refused to receive or did not respond to our or the courier's written or telephone notification and were thus returned to us, with the indication (NOT INTERESTED - REFUSED TO RECEIVE), will receive a payment in full of the total amount of their new order exclusively via PayPal or Viva Payments.

In your best interest, please mention your name and your order code when transferring the amount.

 

 

Product Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, proceed with the product exchange/return process.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

All products belonging to the category "Earrings", "Underwear", "Beauty" and "Tights" cannot be changed. All products must be returned new, unused, with the protective stickers intact and with all the barcode tags attached.

Products that have been returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, who will be charged the cost of return.

When sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective pieces or parts thereof. However, in the event that you receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely free of charge.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

All exchanges are ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!

You send the product back to us ONLY via ELTA COURIER (Door-to-Door) (call 11120) with a recipient's fee (i.e. ours), alternatively, you can deliver it yourself to an ELTA Courier DOOR TO DOOR store. You write your name, your phone number and which product you want on a piece of paper.

The first return is free, while for each exchange from that moment on you are charged 5 euros for shipping.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw if you wish, you send the products back to us and in the package, on a piece of paper you attach the IBAN number of your bank account, which bank it belongs to, and the name of the beneficiary. Refunds from us are completed within 7 working days from the date of your parcel’s receipt by us.

The refund is done after the necessary quality control and you are informed about it by a relevant email.

ATTENTION:

Return shipping is charged to the customer. (A total of €3 will be deducted from the value of the products you are returning.)

 

You make the return ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY via ELTA COURIER (Door-to-Door) (call 11120).

 

Shipments by ordinary mail or any other courier are NOT accepted.

 

We will refund the value of the products and not the cash on delivery costs.

No refunds are possible for any products that have a discount and for any products that belong to the following categories (underwear, make-up /beauty items, earrings, tights).

 

Refunds are also NOT possible for any products you have purchased with a discount.

 

Refunds are also NOT possible on products resulting from an exchange you did for products purchased at a discount.

 

Offer packages are non-changeable, non-breakable and non-refundable

 

In the offer package 2+1, a refund is only possible if all three products included in the offer are returned.

EXCHANGES FROM CYPRUS AND ABROAD:

To return your order from Cyprus and abroad, send the parcel by registered mail to Filadelfias 23 55134 kalamaria Thessaloniki. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund to your card the value of the products you have returned to us. Discounted products cannot be returned. It is advisable for the security of your package to keep its tracking number. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

 

 

Product Returns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in 14 days.

Send us back the product with your post office registered mail. When we receive your package, we will REFUND at your credit card, the cost of the products you’ve returned. For your safety is good to keep the tracking number of your parcel.

We only return the value of the products and not the shipping costs

Any items returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted . When sending every order, our company inspects products for any defective pieces or parts thereof. However, if you happen to receive a faulty product or a product you didn’t order, you have the right to replace it, free of charge.

On-sale products and products in the following categories: lingerie, makeup-beauty supplies, earrings, tights, and socks, cannot be returned.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

A.   RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USERS OF THE WEBSITE AND THE CONSUMERS OF THE E-SHOP

1. Sole Responsibility of the User/Consumer.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for the legal use of the Website and E-shop and you are obliged to refrain from any illegal act and abusive behavior as well as from the adoption of illegal practices of unfair competition. Participation as a member is only possible for natural or juridical persons with full legal capacity. Minors (people under the age of 18) are excluded from becoming a Member. You are solely responsible for the legality and correctness of the Information, Data, and details you provide to www.fashionroom.gr, which the Company has no responsibility or obligation to check unless this is imposed upon it after a complaint or by the law.

2. Prohibited Uses

It is forbidden to use the website and the e-shop of www.fashionroom.gr with the aim of sending in any way, publishing or transmitting any content that is illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, immoral, vulgar, obscene, and promotes or expresses racial, national or other discrimination; it may cause damage to third parties.

Forbidden is also any action or omission of yours that (a) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of both www.fashionroom.gr and third parties, (b) contains viruses or other software that may cause interruption, damage, destruction or obstruction of the operation of any software or cause damage to the reputation of the Company, its Affiliates, and its Affiliated Companies and/or other users / Members/consumers, or may violate any personal or other data of the users/members/consumers of this Website/E-shop.

In addition, it is prohibited:

(a) Any access or attempted access to information and data (including personal data) transmitted through the Website that you do not have any authorization or authority to use;

(b) Accessing our Online Store for the purpose of creating or producing a product or service that competes with our own products/services.

(c) The facilitation in any way and by any means of third parties to gain access to the Data granted to www.fashionroom.gr by its Members.

(d) Any form of Software piracy, hacking and/or interception, copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creating a derivative work of data (including personal data) and information, including the content and material (photos, graphics, texts, etc.) of the Website.

B. LIABILITY www.fashionroom.gr

 

1. Supplier Liability and Warranty.

 

The manufacturer of any product you purchase is responsible for any damage caused by a defect in their product.

2. Liability www.fashionroom.gr for defects, loss.

Fashionroom, www.fashionroom.gr, abides by all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. In particular, in the event of a defect in the product we sell, you can (a) request for it to be repaired at no charge to you, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, or for it to be replaced with another, or (c) withdraw. The obligations of our Company above cease in the event that the defect has been caused by you, or in case the returned product has dirt, wear, abrasions, creases, and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its suitability, or in a narrow or broad fashionroom, by force majeure. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. You should exercise your rights above within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your products, this period starts from the day after the delivery, and in any case, you should have returned the product to us within that period.

We further inform you that the risk of loss or damage to the products rests with www.fashionroom.gr until you or a third party designated by you as competent to receive the products on your behalf (other than the carrier) has obtained physical possession of the goods; in this case, this risk is transferred to you as well. However, the risk is transferred to you from the delivery of your purchased products to the carrier, in case the carrier has been instructed by you to transport the goods and this option was not offered by www.fashionroom.gr, without prejudice to the rights against the carrier.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. The personal data provided to us will be subject to processing and will be kept, in a file under our responsibility, for the following purposes:

i. The development, execution, and implementation of the sales contract for the products you have purchased or any other contract between yourself and us.

ii. Processing your requests.

iv. You always have the right and the chance to edit and change your preferences.
